"The waste basket is a writer's best friend"

The above is a quote from Polish writer Isaac Bashevis Singer. Willie Nelson doesn't do enough self-editing. That said, I'm warming up to yet another reggae pairing from the redheaded warbler.

How do you think this song with Toots Hibbert ...
"I'm a Worried Man"

... holds up to the original from Johnny and June Carter Cash?

Willie's got the island vibe and lifestyle, but I'll take the original. Did I originally hear that Walmart refused to carry "Countryman" because it had a pot leaf on the cover? They made the label change it to a palm tree? Though I just read that Lost Highway printed the two covers and are letting retailers decide, so who knows. Haven't heard the entire album yet, except for "Worried Man", which is being played locally.

I actually like the Willie-Toots version (and am stoked about Toots' recent resurgence on the scene). I thought about buying "Countryman" but given that "Willie Nelson and Friends--Outlaws and Angels" crap -- which may be the single worst CD I've EVER purchased -- I'm reluctant. Can anyone attest to the rest of the album (I know, I know...I'm a dinosaur and can't get out of the habit of calling 'em albums)?
